My goal is to build a technology group in Japan dedicated to Japanese businesses and the way they work. I’m bringing together my experience in business management, AI, automation, marketing, SEO and process improvement to develop software that helps small and medium-sized companies win customers, run more efficiently and grow as their markets change.
Tsumira Foto is the first focus. It connects a studio’s website, multilingual marketing, bookings, payments, customer management and photo delivery. The aim is to help studios reach Japanese customers, international visitors and foreign residents, while giving owners and staff more time for photography and customer service.
We’re developing the product with the studios that use it. That means listening directly to pilot customers, helping with setup and improving the software around real workflows. The product should fit the way local studios and smaller businesses operate, with practical support from the people building it.
The next stage is to establish the business in Japan. I plan to relocate to lead it on the ground, work directly with customers, build a local team and create jobs. That move supports a long-term business commitment: building a company whose products and expertise contribute to the growth of Japanese businesses.
