Review, update or remove connections Review configuration status for each connection, update selected fields or remove a connection. Changes are applied to the studio environment in sequence. A configured status does not by itself guarantee provider availability or successful connectivity. Owner sign-in and sign-out Use your registered email and password to access the platform and studio dashboard, and end the current session when signing out. Email verification and resend Verify your email using a link, resend the verification message when needed and check verification before publishing. Password reset Reset your password using a time-limited link, revoke existing platform sessions and propagate the change to the studio environment. Studio profile, hero image and time zone Set the studio name, description, address, city, region, phone, hero-image URL and time zone. Links to customer policies and disclosures Add footer links to your studio’s privacy policy, terms and Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure. Online account registration Register your name, studio, email and password after reviewing the pilot terms and privacy information. Choose a studio URL Choose an available studio slug for a dedicated subdomain with your website and admin area. Setup status and launch checklist Track email verification, profile details, the pilot letter and studio readiness in one checklist. Pilot environments are prepared in stages, so availability may involve a wait after registration. A non-binding pilot letter Read the non-binding letter and record your participation by entering your name, without an obligation to purchase or invest. A record of the agreed text and date Save the entered name, letter text, version and recording time for later reference. This is not certified electronic signing or official identity verification. Expected free access through June 2027 The pilot includes platform access, setup and operational support, with no automatic paid conversion when it ends. Stripe, email and AI services, custom domains and other external costs are separate. Future pricing and timing will be communicated in advance. Profile, photographs and session-plan setup Get help planning the studio description, address, photographs, session catalogue and booking hours needed for launch. Help connecting payments, email and AI Receive guidance on the configuration needed to use your own external provider accounts. Publish when your studio is ready Publish once verification, the required profile, pilot letter and studio preparation are complete. The dashboard also lets you make the website private again. This is not automated migration or self-service domain connection. Feasibility and scope are reviewed individually. Support requests and operator follow-through Send setup, billing and problem reports from the dashboard. The operator tracks requests as received, reviewing, planned or resolved, and can review and retry failed studio setup jobs.
