QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

A few things to know before you start.

Can I review contact forms and chats together?

Yes. The enquiry screen includes both and can filter by source, status and language. When a chat is linked to a booking, that relationship is available too.

Does enquiry analysis automatically reply to emails?

No. It provides summaries, categories, customer wishes and suggested next steps for staff. The website’s conversational AI assistant is a separate feature; enquiry analysis is not an automatic email reply system.

Can I use customer records without an AI connection?

Yes. Customer details, session history, original enquiries and work statuses are available without AI. Automated analysis requires the studio’s own DeepSeek API connection.
