A moment from studio life.
“A different colour this time.”
Look up the kimono colour worn for a previous Shichi-Go-San session before suggesting an outfit for the next child. Review album quantities and session notes when discussing gifts for grandparents.
What this makes possible.01
Whose milestone was it?
Save the occasion, attendees and age at the session. Filter recorded sessions by participating family member.
02
Recall the full experience.
Follow outfit notes, reserved clothes, locations, ordered products and quantities, and existing delivery links.
03
Preserve the moment as it was.
Renaming a relative or changing a relationship does not rewrite saved attendee and outfit snapshots.

Questions & answers
Before you bring it to your studio.
Are old bookings automatically assigned to family members?+
No. History uses explicitly recorded attendees rather than inferring them.
Can I record albums for grandparents?+
Review product names and quantities in orders. Record sizes or split delivery instructions in internal session notes. This is not a shipping-label service.
Are all delivered photos duplicated in the profile?+
No. History links to existing photo deliveries rather than copying all photographs into the CRM.
