1. Operator and contact
Operator: Steve vom Wege, operating as an individual.
Address: Evagora Pallikaridi 38, 8010 Pafos, Cyprus.
Email: info@tsumira.jp.
Contact this address with privacy questions or requests.
2. Information we handle
We handle your name, email address, studio name and URL, language preference and acceptance records when you register. Passwords are stored as hashes. Demo requests include contact name, email, studio name, location, inquiry and handling status for acknowledgement and scheduling. We also handle studio configuration, the name, text, version and timestamp recorded for your pilot letter, support messages, and access and activity records.
Studio environments handle the session plans, photographs, customer records, bookings, deliveries and payment status entered by the studio. Integration credentials are retained as needed to connect the selected services.
3. Why we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, create and operate studio environments, provide booking and delivery functions, send necessary notices, provide onboarding and support, prevent misuse, maintain security, investigate problems and record participation interest. Feedback helps improve the product.
Depending on the processing, the basis is the provision of the account or service, legitimate security and operational needs, applicable legal obligations, or separately obtained consent.
4. Service providers and international processing
Hosting, email delivery, online payments and related functions use external providers where necessary. Stripe, email, AI, search analytics and other services connected by each studio have their own terms and privacy information. Review the destination and content of information sent to AI services.
The operator is based in Cyprus. Information may be processed outside Japan to provide and support the service. Contact info@tsumira.jp for information about processing locations and service providers. We review and apply safeguards required by applicable law.
5. Cookies and security
We use cookies needed to maintain your login and protect accounts. Disabling them may prevent login or other essential functionality.
This website aggregates predefined actions such as demo-button clicks and sample-task completion by date, language and screen category. Counters do not include form contents, email addresses or persistent visitor identifiers. Per-action duplicate-prevention receipts become eligible for deletion after seven days. Security records are separate from analytics.
Studio environments and permissions are separated, and authentication and secret protection are used. Internet transmission and storage cannot be represented as free of all risk.
6. Retention and deletion
Information is retained as needed for its stated purposes, account and service management, misuse prevention and legally required records. Contact support to close an account or request deletion. After confirming the request, we consider applicable law, necessary backup handling and related records when carrying it out.
7. Your requests
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. You may also have the right to complain to an appropriate supervisory authority.
If you are a studio customer requesting action on booking, session or photograph information, please first contact the studio that provided your service.
8. Changes and case studies
We update this page when the service or its information practices change. Where necessary, material changes will also be communicated by email or in the service.
Signing a pilot letter does not authorize publication of your studio’s name, logo, photographs, customer information or performance figures. Case studies are prepared within the scope separately agreed with the studio.
