Tsumira Foto is an evolving pilot built with photo studios in Japan. Before registering, review the stage of the service, the planned free period and the responsibilities involved in running your studio.

1. Service provider
Tsumira Foto is provided by Steve vom Wege as an individual.

2. The pilot service
The service provides developing tools for studio websites, bookings, customers, payment integrations, teams and photo delivery. Features, interfaces and specifications may change. Maintenance or temporary limitations may be necessary. Availability depends on studio configuration and connected external services.
3. Free period and external costs
Free platform access is planned through 30 June 2027, including initial setup and onboarding support. The end date and future plans will be communicated in advance. There is no automatic move to a paid plan or charge without explicit consent.
Stripe processing fees, domain registration and external AI, email or other service costs are not included. External contracts, eligibility checks, terms and charges are set by the respective providers.
4. Your account and studio
Provide accurate registration information and protect your account and integration credentials. You must be authorized to register and manage your studio. Email verification, basic studio configuration and review of the pilot letter may be required before publishing.
Each studio is responsible for its photography services, prices, booking and cancellation conditions, refunds, published information, customer relationships and applicable legal and tax obligations. Confirm the rights and permissions needed for photographs and other published content.
5. Content and data
Rights in photographs, text and other material remain with their respective owners. We store, display, process and deliver this material as needed to provide the service. This is not a blanket authorization to share material with other studios or use it in case studies or advertising.
The studio should provide its own customer information and obtain any necessary permissions for photographs and customer records. We recommend retaining important original data independently.
6. Automation and AI
SEO analysis, content drafts, translation and similar assistance are designed to be reviewed by a person. Check generated content and settings before publication or sending. Search rankings, customer acquisition, revenue and translation accuracy are not guaranteed.
7. Feedback and the pilot letter
Feedback is voluntary. The development team reviews it and uses impact and priorities to guide improvements. No individual feature or delivery date is guaranteed.
The letter of intent (LOA) is a non-binding record of interest in the pilot. It does not commit you to purchase, invest, use the service exclusively or meet a minimum term. These service terms and the privacy information remain subject to their own provisions.
8. Unacceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, access another studio’s information without permission, evade authentication or limits, send spam, infringe rights, publish unlawful content or disrupt the service. Related features or accounts may be limited while an issue is investigated where necessary for safe operation.
9. Leaving and changes
Contact info@tsumira.jp if you wish to leave the pilot. We will coordinate data access or deletion and the effects on your published website and integrations.
We aim to give advance notice of material changes by email or within the service. Urgent changes may be necessary for incidents or security. Nothing here limits rights granted by applicable law.
