BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK.

Customers can plan their session while you are photographing or after the studio has closed. Session descriptions, prices, places and available times sit in one flow, while your team follows each booking through approval, payment and completion. Use instant acceptance or review requests first, plan by plan.

  1. 01

    Set up your session plans

Define prices, duration, booking mode and how far in advance customers can book.

  2. 02

    Let customers choose and request

Customers choose their session, people, location and available slot, then add contact details and requests.

  3. 03

    Follow the session through

Review requests, check required deposits and adjust the appointment or team when needed.

01

Make the right session easy to find.

Explain the choices that matter before customers choose a date.

Group relevant session plans around occasions such as Shichi-Go-San, family portraits and ID photography, using the studio’s actual catalogue.

Select a location linked to the service, including any location-specific price. A single available location is selected automatically.

02

Show availability the studio can honour.

Calculate slots using the session length and the studio’s operating constraints.

Show available start times from opening hours, existing bookings and session duration, and check availability again at submission.

Set the minimum notice in hours and the maximum booking horizon in days for each service.

Configure a buffer between bookings and include it in availability calculations.

03

A reception flow that fits the studio.

Keep customer details and studio decisions connected.

Record appointments received by phone or other channels, including a price, notes and location.

04

Stay in control after the booking arrives.

Separate when a booking arrived from when the photography takes place.

Update the appointment date, time and notes from the admin screen, with relevant payment-schedule changes retained in booking history.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

A few things to know before you start.

Is every booking confirmed automatically?

Choose instant acceptance or request-based booking per service. Requests need the studio’s approval. Where a deposit is required, the booking becomes confirmed after payment is verified.

Can I add bookings received by phone?

Yes. Add a manual booking and manage it in the same list and calendar. An email address is optional for manual entries; email notifications and payment messages require a valid address.

Do customers need to create an account?

No customer account is required to book. Private links let customers view booking and payment information, and cancel when the studio enables that option.
