Studios share a platform but have their own customer records, photographs and provider accounts. Tsumira Foto separates studio data and runtime environments and applies integrations individually. This is not a claim of a dedicated physical server or third-party security certification.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
A few things
to know before you start.
Will my studio use another studio’s Stripe or AI credentials?
No. Admin AI help can use a dedicated platform help connection; other AI tools require their configured provider access. Provider connections belong to each studio. Payments use your Stripe account, and email and AI use your own provider credentials. Onboarding support can guide setup.
Can every staff member have an individual login and role?
Current team management handles schedulable staff resources, shifts and assignments. It does not provide a separate login and granular permissions for every staff member.
How do custom domains and storage work?
The standard setup uses a studio subdomain. Contact support to discuss a custom domain. Current pilot photo storage is 1 GB per studio; additional requirements should be discussed during onboarding.
