BUILT AROUND YOUR WORK.

See which plans customers choose and the languages they book in. Studio records help identify where to improve next. Amounts shown here reflect the value of confirmed and completed bookings; they should be read separately from settled payments and accounting revenue.

  1. 01

    Build a record of activity

Manage daily bookings and enquiries in one system, keeping completion and cancellation states up to date.

  2. 02

    Review the patterns

Compare trends, popular plans, languages and booking creation sources.

  3. 03

    Make a focused improvement

Adjust service presentation, multilingual information or availability, then review the next period.

02

Understand how customers engage.

Use language, enquiry and booking-source information to improve the customer journey.

Review booking-language distribution over the last twelve months to guide multilingual improvements. Language does not indicate nationality or residence.

Compare confirmed and completed bookings created in the last thirty days by source, such as the booking form, chat or admin entry.

03

Connect search and booking measurement.

Connect external measurement services to examine discovery and the booking journey.

Capture supported UTM source, medium and campaign values and entry pages, attaching acquisition context to bookings and enquiries.

Send events for booking starts, steps, availability results, slot selection, submissions and enquiries to a configured GA4 property.

Requires a GA4 property and studio-specific configuration, currently arranged through the operator.

Connect your site’s Search Console property to review search-query and page performance in SEO management.

Requires access to the property and a configured Google service account.
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.

A few things to know before you start.

Does the amount shown equal settled revenue?

No. It sums confirmed and completed booking values. Payments, outstanding balances, refunds and accounting revenue should be checked separately. Monthly reporting uses booking creation dates rather than session dates.

Can I use analytics without Google Analytics?

Yes. Booking counts, service and language breakdowns and enquiry counts use your studio’s own records. GA4 setup is only needed for external website and journey-event measurement.

Is chat-to-booking conversion measured reliably?

Bookings created through chat are visible by creation source. Complete conversation-to-booking attribution is currently limited, so do not treat the displayed chat conversion figure as a definitive performance measure; check the booking records alongside it.
